Located at 620 Delaware Ave, Buffalo, NY 14202, this role oversees beverage preparation, staffing, guest service and store financials while ensuring brand standards.

The position involves hiring, training, scheduling and performance reviews, with a focus on creating a positive, productive work environment.

Formación

• Previous food and beverage or restaurant experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to understand guest service guidelines.
• Computer skills including Word and Excel preferred.
