Responsibilities

• Supervise staff in the manager's absence and train new team members.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow merchandising, stocking, and product storage standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues tactfully.
• Handle payments, cash drawer, and end-of-shift balance.
• Perform general cleaning tasks as directed to meet health standards.
