Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment, at least 1 year.
• Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Meet store policies: quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety, with or without accommodation.
• Six months in a role with frequent customer interaction.
• At least six months delegating tasks to two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store shift as a role model for operations standards.
• Collaborate with a team of baristas to deliver quality customer service.
• Maintain an energetic store environment and guide teammates.
• Contribute to a warm, welcoming Starbucks Experience for customers.
