Job summary

Graton Resort & Casino in Rohnert Park, CA, is seeking a Starbucks Counter Attendant to deliver a great guest experience, take orders, suggest drinks, handle cash, and keep the outlet stocked and clean.

You will greet guests, prepare beverages, use the POS, resolve complaints, and perform daily side duties while following health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and management.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming license from the Graton Gaming Commission.
• Must possess or obtain a California Food Handler Certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle a flexible schedule and work weekends, holidays and all shifts.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a pleasant disposition in a timely manner.
• Prepare food and beverage items for guests.
• Use suggestive selling techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure supplies are stocked.

Job Description

Position Summary:

The Starbucks Counter Attendant is responsible for creating a great guest experience. Duties range from taking guest orders to recommending new beverages, food and retail, cash handling and keeping area cleaned, organized and stocked.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for practicing, supporting and promoting Graton Resort & Casino's Company-wide culture and demonstrating Graton Resort & Casino's Service Standards at all times.
