Job summary

Graton Resort & Casino is seeking a Starbucks Counter Attendant to provide a welcoming guest experience, take orders, and suggest beverages and food items. You will handle cash, maintain clean and stocked areas, and support daily operations in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires strong communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work weekends and varying shifts. A California Food Handler Certification and gaming license eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and management.
• Prior experience in customer service is beneficial.
• Flexibility to work a fast-paced environment and varied shifts.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and all shifts.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and friendly disposition.
• Take guest orders for beverages and food.
• Cash handling and operating the Point of Sale system.
• Prepare food and beverage items for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and stocked outlet areas.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
