Position Summary: The QSR Supervisor supports the daily operations of all Quick Service Restaurant outlets, ensuring smoothservice execution, efficient workflows, and high-quality food and beverage delivery. This role assists insupervising Team Members, coordinating staffing levels, maintaining product availability, and upholdingcleanliness and safety standards. The Assistant Manager collaborates closely with the QSR Manager andtenant partners, responds to guest concerns with professionalism, and helps drive departmental goalsrelated to service, efficiency, and profitability.
Essential Functions:
- 1. Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, andpromoting our values.
- 2. Execute all Food Operation Department responsibilities by enforcing Graton Resort & Casino's policiesand procedures fairly among all Team Members and in accordance with the company's negotiatedunion contract.
- 3. Lead and manage all restaurant operations to ensure consistent excellence in service.
- 4. Train and develop staff to uphold service standards and foster a positive work environment.
- 5. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- 6. Handle guest relations with discretion and professionalism, resolving issues promptly and graciously.
- 7. Oversee staff scheduling and station assignments, ensuring optimal floor coverage and operationalflow while maintaining full compliance with Union agreements and labor regulations.
- 8. Assist in managing tenant partners, ensuring open communication, timely resolution of operationalconcerns, and alignment with property standards and expectations.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 1. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management in both written andverbal form.
- 2. Minimum 3 years of restaurant experience, preferably in a food court or quick service environment.
- 3. High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 4. Ability to handle a flexible schedule to work weekends, holidays, and all shifts.
- 5. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- 6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- 7. Must be at least 21 years of age.
- 8. Must possess or obtain a California Food Handler Certification.
