Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator (Formula) to safely move and stock items in a multi-temperature warehouse. You will operate a Standup Reach Truck, pallet jack, and forklift to keep inventory flowing, while maintaining GMP and safety standards.

The role requires standing, lifting, and working shifts with overtime as needed; full-time in Lebanon, TN with competitive benefits and opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months of warehouse/distribution experience with Standup Reach Truck.
• Must be able to work scheduled times and overtime.
• Able to stand/walk/reach/lift repeatedly; lift 10–35 lbs and up to 60–90 lbs.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate Standup Reach Truck in freezer.
• Locate proper slot on racks and set pallets; enter data.
• Move incoming freight to freezer with forklift/pallet jack.
• Replenish pick slots with outgoing stock per work orders.
• Rotate stock and remove outdated inventory per policy.
• Disperse over-stocked items and manage pallets.
• Follow safety policies and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
