Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator, Non Formula, to operate material handling equipment and ensure efficient flow of products in a multi-temperature distribution environment.

Responsibilities include locating slots, replenishing stock, conducting quality checks, and maintaining safety standards. The role supports the broader food distribution system with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly.
• Able to lift 10–90 pounds and work in multi-temperature environments.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Locates proper storage slots and places pallets using forklift or hand stack items.
• Replenishes pick slots with outgoing stock and rotates stock as needed.
• Disperse over-stocked items to available slots and remove outdated inventory.
• Perform safety checks, follow company policies, and maintain clean work areas.
• Complete paperwork and secure equipment at end of shift.
