Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Forklift/Reach Operator in Ohio. You will operate forklift, pallet jack, reach truck in a multi‑temperature warehouse, supporting accurate storage, picking, and replenishment while following GMP and safety standards.

Minimum 6 months warehouse experience, ability to lift up to 90 lbs, pass background and drug checks, and work multi-shift scheduling as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Able to work scheduled times and overtime.
• Able to lift 10–35 pounds and up to 90 pounds; multi-temperature environments.

Responsibilities

• Locate storage slots, position pallets with forklift, and record locations.
• Replenish pick slots and rotate stock; remove outdated inventory as needed.
• Move pallets with pallet jack or forklift to proper areas.
• Inspect pallets and ensure safe handling and cleanliness of the area.
• Perform safety checks, use PPE, and complete paperwork at shift end.
