Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator in Westminster, MD. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move goods, load and unload items, and maintain accurate inventory across multi-temperature environments.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, replenishment, safety checks, and adhering to GMP standards. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, physical stamina, and the ability to work overtime as needed. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience with forklift standup/reach included.
• Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and overtime as required.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift; able to lift 10–35 pounds and up to 60–90 pounds depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Locate proper slots on storage racks and set pallets in place with forklift or by hand.
• Replenish pick slots with outgoing stock according to next day’s work orders.
• Rotate date‑sensitive stock to the front and remove out‑of‑date inventory as needed.
• Perform safety checks on equipment and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Complete all required paperwork and reports at shift end.
