Job summary

Integrated Power Supplies International is seeking a skilled generator technician to join our team. The role involves servicing and repairing backup generators, performing on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting for residential and commercial standby systems.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience with generators, transfer switches, and knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. A valid driver's license is required; a company vehicle will be provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience installing and servicing backup generators.
• Experience with generators, transfer switches, maintenance, or troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems.
• A valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Service/repair generators, change air filters, change oil, check battery levels, check spark plugs, etc.
• Perform on-site planned maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and troubleshooting for customers generators (including DC & AC voltage equipment).
• Work independently or with a small team with a work vehicle serving residential and commercial standby generators.
• Driving a company van.
