Job summary

Lanco Integrated in Maine designs and builds custom automation equipment with machines installed in 30+ countries. You will turn raw extrusion and Lexan into transport systems, tables, and guarding for our turnkey solutions.

Join a hands-on team that works with mechanical and electrical colleagues to ship high-quality machines. 3–5 years of experience, PPE, and up to 10% travel are expected; ESOP and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant mechanical technician experience.
• Experience working with mechanical and electrical teammates.
• Willingness to wear required safety PPE and travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Process raw extrusion into standard and custom components using cut-off saws, mills, drilling and tapping equipment.
• Assemble transport systems, tables, stock jobs, and guarding assemblies including Lexan panels.
• Mount enclosures, pallets, and complete final module work for shipment and assembly to skids.
• Partner with mechanical and electrical technicians to assemble stations and assist with packaging systems.
• Maintain accurate job documentation including drawings, parts lists, and MQP verification.
• Perform field service for installation, modification, and service of machines at customer sites.
