Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 4+ years of fabricating experience preferred.
• Read engineering drawings, routers, and precision measuring tools.
• Experience with CNC punching, laser cutting, and brake forming is desirable.

Responsibilities

• React to out-of-control conditions per LECO Quality Management Plan.
• Prevent product non-conformity by taking corrective actions.
• Provide solutions through designated channels.
• Identify and record any product quality problems.
• Verify the implementation of solutions.
• Control non-conforming product until deficiencies are corrected.
• Inspect parts manufactured and perform related data entry.
