Job summary

LACO Technologies, a pioneer in custom vacuum and leak testing systems, is hiring an entry-level Mechanical Assembly Technician for its Production Assembly team in Utah. The role emphasizes hands-on learning, following detailed drawings and work instructions, and contributing to quality and safety standards.

You’ll join a collaborative team that builds systems for aerospace, medical, automotive, and other advanced industries. No prior assembly experience is required; training is provided.

LACO Technologies is looking for an entry-level Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our Production Assembly team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has mechanical aptitude, and wants to build a long-term career in advanced manufacturing.

You’ll help build custom vacuum and leak testing systems used by leading organizations in aerospace, medical, automotive, and advanced technology industries. No direct assembly experience is required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
