Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education; 2 years of relevant experience required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred in a medical educational or clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support for the Standardized Patient (SP) Program within CSEAC.
• Serve as primary point of contact for SP program faculty, learners and staff.
• Provide operational and administrative support across SP program activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training logistics and SP case materials coordination.
• Coordinate formatting, version control and timely distribution of SP case materials aligned with curricular timelines.
• May direct student employees and perform routine audits for compliance with policies and accreditation standards.
