• Recruits, screens and interviews potential SPs.
• Coordinates development of training materials for SP cases.

Responsibilities

• Provides feedback to SPs quarterly regarding job performance.
• Maintains SP database and supports SP sessions logistics.
• Collaborates with Simulation Center and Director on student exercises.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
