Job summary

Augusta University is seeking a Standardized Patient Program Coordinator to manage operational and administrative tasks for the Medical College of Georgia’s Standardized Patient Program. You will liaise with faculty, staff, and students, coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and payroll, and ensure smooth simulation events and data management.

The role emphasizes scheduling coordination, stakeholder communication, and adherence to accreditation standards across campus programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least one year of related experience.
• Associate's degree with at least four years of related experience.
• High school Diploma or GED with at least eight years of directly related experience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily administrative operations for the Standardized Patient Program with the Director.
• Provide program records maintenance, employment documentation, and departmental files.
• Recruit, interview, hire and onboard Standardized Patients and related staff.
• Process bi-weekly payroll for Standardized Patients and Advisors, including timecard checks.
• Maintain SP rosters, program databases, and master calendar of activities.
• Assist with event logistics, simulation tech support, and training coordination.
