Job summary

University of California - Los Angeles Health is seeking a Program Director for the Standardized Patient Program within the UCLA Simulation Center. The role provides strategic and operational leadership for SP activities, working with faculty, educators and staff to deliver high-quality SP-based medical education across the medical school and health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum five years of related experience or training.
• Demonstrated program administration experience in medical education.
• Ability to assess information, anticipate problems and implement changes.
• Leadership to supervise, train and direct work.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities
