Job summary

University of the Incarnate Word is seeking a part-time Standardized Patient to participate in OSCEs and student education at the Brooks City Base, South San Antonio, TX. The SP will portray patients and support learners by providing realistic interactions and feedback as needed.

The role requires minimal experience; prior SP work is a plus. Flexible hours, typically up to 8 hours per week, are available on short notice. Workplace safety and university policies apply.

Qualifications

• Good attention to detail to accurately and consistently complete patient checklists.
• Self-motivation to learn and memorize scripts and portray assigned patient profiles.

• Punctuality and reliability.
• Basic computer skills to submit time sheets, check email, and train on web-based software.

Education
