Job summary

Performance Food Group (New) is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to move products through our distribution process, operating forklifts and pallet jacks in multi-temperature areas. You will stock, pick, and restock inventory while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with routine safety checks, temperature controls, and equipment maintenance, ensuring accurate and timely processing of goods for distribution.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months warehouse/distribution experience.
• Able to work scheduled overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift repeatedly during shift.

Responsibilities

• Locate proper slots on storage racks and set pallets with forklift or by hand.
• Replenish pick slots with outgoing stock per orders.
• Rotate stock to front or discard outdated items per policy.
• Inspect items for damage and perform temperature/quality checks.
• Follow safety policies and wear required PPE.
• Complete end-of-shift paperwork and secure equipment.
