Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to move and store products in a multi-temperature distribution environment. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, replenish pick slots, and ensure safety and quality standards throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment such as forklift and pallet jack to move inventory.
• Locate proper storage slots and replenish pick slots as needed.
• Perform safety checks and ensure compliant, safe work area.
• Inspect items for damage and conduct temperature/quality checks.
• Complete required paperwork and secure equipment at shift end.
