Job summary

Performance Food Group (New) is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator, Non Formula, to maintain efficient product flow in our United States warehouse. You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks to move, stock, and relocate items across multi-temperature areas, ensuring accuracy and quality.

The role requires 6+ months of warehouse experience, ability to lift up to 90 pounds, stand for extended periods, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift
• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products weighing 10-35 pounds and up to 60-90 pounds depending on location
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry)
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Locate proper slot on storage racks and set pallets with forklift or hand stack items
• Enter product data and location into the system; transport to freezer as needed
• Replenish pick slots with outgoing stock and rotate stock
• Inspect items for damage and perform temperature/quality checks
• Follow safety policies and wear required PPE
• Complete paperwork and secure equipment at end of shift
