Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to support our distribution operations across multiple temperature zones, including freezer areas. You will operate stand-up forklifts, stage inbound freight, and ensure accurate placement of products for efficient order fulfillment.

The role requires forklift experience, the ability to work overtime, and safe operation aligned with GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Requires stand-up forklift experience (Raymond preferred).
• 1+ years of warehouse/distribution work experience; preferably food distribution.
• Able to work scheduled shifts and overtime as needed.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and related equipment to move inventory and stage products.
• Count and transport incoming freight to freezer and other areas.
• Replenish pick slots and rotate stock to front of racks as needed.
• Ensure safety, GMP and quality standards are followed at all times.
• Perform housekeeping and equipment safety checks; complete paperwork at end of shift.
