Job summary

Novolex in Mooresville, NC is seeking a Forklift Driver to support high-volume production. You will operate sit-down and stand-up/reach forklifts, move materials and finished goods, and maintain safety standards. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Starting pay is $20.79 per hour with pay-for-skills progression and opportunities to advance. Shifts available: 6:30 PM–6:30 AM and 6:30 AM–6:30 PM on a 2-2-3 rotation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is required.
• Experience on a stand-up or reach lift is preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and move heavy loads with a pallet jack.
• Must be able to complete Material Order Forms.
• Need to read and interpret Job Dockets.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team; overtime/off shifts as needed.

• Move and transfer materials and finished goods in a high-volume production setting.
• Operate lift equipment to keep production running smoothly.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
• Follow all safety rules, conduct standards, and plant procedures.
• Maintain communication with internal and external customers.
