Job summary

48forty Solutions is seeking a Forklift Operator in Dunn, NC to load and unload pallets, move wood within the plant, and stack products safely. The role operates on 1st shift (7:00am - 3:30pm) with a focus on maintaining production flow and safety.

Pay is $17.50 per hour. Prior forklift and warehouse experience is preferred; overtime may be required. The company emphasizes a strong team environment and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of forklift experience.
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, lumber, carpentry, welding, roofing, or construction preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries of pallets and/or wood to the proper location inside the plant.
• Move freshly cut and recycled wood to the appropriate worktable area.
• Stack finished products into trailers or to storage areas up to a safe height.
• Maintain a safe working environment by lifting, stacking, and transporting materials with all other plant personnel in mind.
