Job summary

Novolex in Mooresville, NC is seeking Infeed Material Operators to provide essential support in material flow operations. This role includes operating blending systems, monitoring material usage, and ensuring the cleanliness and efficiency of the work area.

Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and be able to lift up to 75 lbs. We offer competitive pay from $21.32 to $26.12 per hour, and a range of benefits focused on employee health and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must have basic math skills.
• Must be able to work 30’ off the ground.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must have the ability to lift 75 lbs occasionally.
• Must have ability to work standing in a hot environment for 12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot material blending systems.
• Clean material system filters and canisters.
• Monitor regrind usage and make adjustments.
• Maintain material flow to machines.
• Certify and drive a standup forklift.
• Complete all required paperwork.
• Identify and label materials for later use.
• Maintain housekeeping of all blender areas.
• Write work orders for repairs.
• Communicate effectively with staff.
• Follow company safety procedures.
