Job summary

Novolex is hiring a Forklift Driver in Greensboro, NC. The role involves operating forklift and clamp trucks to move finished goods, loading/unloading trucks, and supporting WMS functions in a high-volume facility.

Shifts are 7am–3pm, Monday–Friday, with a minimum rate of $17.41–$23.23 per hour and night-shift differential. Eligible for wage increases and referral bonuses; safety and certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year recent forklift experience preferred.
• Must be able to work 12 hour shift.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing (English required).
• Must obtain and maintain valid forklift certifications during employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and clamp truck to transfer finished goods and other products.
• Load and unload trucks following department standards.
• Move materials in a high-volume production environment with accuracy.
• Support warehouse management system (WMS) functions related to inventory and load management.
