• Be approachable and available to Stand Managers and teams via calls, texts, and emails.
• Attend leadership and regional meetings; visit stands regularly to support teams.
• Provide coaching and accountability for customer service, efficiency, and financial performance.
• Monitor COGS and labor goals; oversee inventory management and scheduling.
• Collaborate with management to optimize inventory, reduce waste, and maintain quality.
• Identify and develop Stand Managers and Shift Leads for leadership pipeline.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
• Analyze sales data to develop regional growth strategies and align with company objectives.
