7Crew Enterprises is seeking a Head of Stand Openings to lead pre-opening and opening operations for multiple locations in Florida. You will coordinate staffing, inventory, onboarding, training programs, and marketing material distribution to ensure each stand opens on time and operates smoothly.

In this role you will work with hiring and training teams to staff 55–65 people per location, organize weekly schedules, and develop leadership with shift-lead training.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure opening checklist is completed prior to opening
• Staff 55–65 people per location with hiring/training lead
• Reserve meeting space for weekly team meetings
• Complete opening inventory orders
• Keep stand organized and clean before opening
• Onboard staff into Touchpoint and Teamworx, update availability
• Finalize opening week schedule
• Coordinate with hiring/training to ensure 7 ballers per opening
• Organize outreach to distribute 10,000 beverages in the community
• Ensure 2 training shifts for brewistas during the pre-opening week
• Print and distribute marketing material throughout the community
• Staff stand during friends and family and opening week
• Lead organization of all promotional hours
• Publish schedules 2 weeks in advance
• Order and manage inventory
• Manage HR of location
• Train leadership with management and shift-lead training
• Stabilize 7–10 shift leads per location
• Train 3–4 trainers per location
• Aim for stand to be self-sufficient within 8 weeks before moving to next location
• Coordinate hand-offs with regional teams for smooth operations

Job Description

Prior to Stand Openings

• Ensure opening checklist is completed prior to opening
• Work with head of hiring/training to staff 55-65 people per location
• Ensure meeting space is reserved for team meeting the Monday prior to opening
• Ensure opening inventory order is complete
• Ensure stand is organized and clean prior to opening
• Complete onboarding into Touchpoint and Teamworx
  • Ensuring all availability is current for all employees
• Opening week schedule is complete
• Working with hiring/training team to ensure 7 ballers are at each opening.
• Lead charge on organizing outreach to pass out 10,000 beverages throughout the community.
• Work with head baller/head of training to ensure each brewistas is scheduled for 2 training shifts during the pre-opening week
• Ensure marketing material is printed and distributed throughout the community

Stand Opening

• Ensure stand is staffed during friends and family and opening week
• Lead the organization of all promotional hours
• Ensure all manager tasks are being completed
  • Schedule is out 2 weeks in advanced
  • Ordering and managing inventory
  • Managing HR of location
• Ensure the stand is properly set up for success with leadership
  • Work with the regional manager to traina manager
  • Focus on building up leadership with management training and shift lead training
  • Stabilize 7-10 shift leads per location
  • 3-4 trainers trained per location
• Ensure stand is self sufficient within 8 weeks prior to moving to next location
• Work with Regional in each market to ensure a smooth hand off to operations
