Job summary

7Crew Enterprises seeks a Head of Stand Openings to oversee pre-opening and opening activities across locations. You will coordinate staffing, inventory, onboarding, and promotional planning to ensure successful launches.

You will drive training, leadership development, and cross-functional collaboration with regional operations to achieve rapid stand ramp-up and consistent performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure opening checklist is completed prior to opening.
• Staff 55-65 people per location; coordinate staffing with head of hiring/training.
• Reserve meeting space for team meeting the Monday prior to opening.
• Ensure opening inventory order is complete.
• Keep stand organized and clean prior to opening.
• Complete onboarding into Touchpoint and Teamworx; ensure availability is current for all employees.
• Complete opening week schedule.
• Work with hiring/training to ensure 7 ballers are at each opening.
• Lead outreach to distribute beverages (10,000) in the community.
• Schedule 2 training shifts for each brewista during pre-opening week.
• Ensure marketing material is printed and distributed throughout the community.
• Staff stand during friends & family and opening week.
• Lead the organization of all promotional hours.
• Ensure manager tasks are completed: schedule 2 weeks in advance, inventory management, HR management.
• Build leadership with manager training and shift-lead training; stabilize 7-10 shift leads; 3-4 trainers per location.
• Aim for stand self-sufficiency within 8 weeks; coordinate handoffs with regional operations.
