Job summary

7Crew Enterprises is seeking a Head of Stand Openings to oversee all prep and opening activities for new locations. You will ensure opening checklists, staff assignments, inventory and space reservations are completed to support a successful launch.

This role partners with hiring and training to staff 55-65 people per location, coordinates 2 training shifts per brewista during pre-opening, and leads outreach to the community to promote openings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stand is staffed during friends and family and opening week.
• Lead the organization of all promotional hours.
• Schedule is out 2 weeks in advance.
• Ordering and managing inventory.
• Managing HR of location.
• Train manager and shift leads; build leadership.
• Stabilize 7-10 shift leads per location.
• Coordinate outreach to the community (10,000 beverages).
