7 Brew is seeking a Stand Manager to run the day-to-day operations of a Minnesota drive-thru location, splitting time between leading shifts on the floor and handling admin tasks.

You'll oversee staffing, inventory, cash handling, payroll accuracy, and brand standards while coaching brewistas to deliver fast, friendly service and build guest connections. This role requires strong leadership and a servant-heart approach.

• Delegate admin tasks to the Senior Shift Lead and monitor banking deposits.
• Monitor and respond to brewistas’ messages and team inquiries.
• Drive customer experience by welcoming guests and maintaining quick, friendly service.
• Utilize weekly KPI data and payroll checks to optimize operations.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager and Senior Shift Lead to address issues.
• Oversee inventory counts, ordering, and pest control coordination.

Responsibilities

The Stand Manager runs the day-to-day operations of a 7 Brew drive-thru location, splitting their time between working and leading shifts on the floor and handling the stand's administrative work. Managers work at least 28 hours a week in-stand, with a target of 31.75, plus about 10 hours a week of out-of-stand admin work. The role covers staffing, inventory management, cash handling, payroll accuracy, team accountability, stand presentation, and upholding brand standards. The Stand Manager reports to the Regional Manager and works with a Senior Shift Lead, who takes on some of the admin tasks.

• Build and post weekly schedules so every shift is staffed for success
• Respond promptly to brewistas’ messages and questions
• Make sure shift leads and brewistas uphold brand standards
• Delegate admin tasks to the Senior Shift Lead and oversee the work
• Make bank deposits three times a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
• Send the weekly over/short email
• Post weekly KPIs
• Check payroll every other week so that hours match between Genius and Teamworx, then approve it

Inventory & Ordering

• Count inventory weekly on Sunday at 8 PM and post the results on Monday
• Place product orders twice a week before noon on appropriate days
• Manage inventory, including smallwares and signage

Facility & Stand Presentation

• Oversee maintenance needs and handle pest control proactively
• Keep the stand looking its best: weeds, trash and clutter inside and out, interior and exterior lighting, power washing, and leaks from the water filtration system
• Report facility and equipment issues to the Maintenance Team and Regional Manager

Customer Experience

• Monitor customer reviews and address repeated concerns with the team

WEEKLY ADMIN TASKS

Monday – Bank, post inventory, over/short email, post KPIs, approve payroll (every other week)

Tuesday – Order (before noon), start the schedule

Thursday – Post the schedule

Friday – Bank

Saturday – Order (before noon)

Sunday – Count inventory (8 PM), payroll check (every other week)
