The role requires leading 40+ team members, coaching, and ensuring efficient operations across shifts, with a strong emphasis on customer care and team development.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to build and lead a team.
• Proficiency in inventory management, cash handling, and scheduling.
• Ability to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Visit the stand outside shifts to coach, observe, and train.
• Be available by phone or in person to address needs promptly.

Responsibilities

• Lead through kindness, speed and accuracy.
• Maintain wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions through training.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and scheduling.
• Train and coach new hires and existing staff for health inspections.
• Oversee stand events to engage the community.
• Create weekly shift schedules to control labor costs and efficiency.
• Develop leadership among staff with regular feedback.
• Follow compliance regulations at state and federal level.
• Develop leaders by giving feedback on strengths and growth areas.
