The Manager at 7 Brew oversees location growth, profitability, and adherence to our culture and values. You lead the crew, coach staff, and handle admin duties while reporting to the Regional Manager. The role requires managing shifts, training, and ensuring efficient operation of the stand.

You will schedule shifts, monitor inventory and costs, ensure health and safety, and drive team development to prepare future leaders. Flexibility with early mornings and late nights is expected.

• Strong training and coaching skills for diverse crew members.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cost control.
