7 Brew Coffee is seeking a Stand Manager for our new Pensacola location opening October 2025. The role leads a dynamic team, ensuring energetic customer experiences and smooth operations. Base salary starts at $55k with potential monthly bonuses tied to store performance.

The Manager will coach and train the crew, manage scheduling, inventory, and health standards while reporting to the District Manager. This is a full-time position requiring flexible hours and strong leadership.

• Comfort with early mornings and late shifts as required.
