Job summary

Highplains Brew in Columbus, NE is seeking a Manager to lead a 40+ team and drive location growth while preserving our culture and mission. You will oversee shifts, inventory, and coaching to ensure great guest experiences.

The role requires hands-on leadership, scheduling, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Base pay is $55,000 with monthly bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership abilities in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment.
• Capable of coaching and developing Brewistas and Shift Leads.
• Strong focus on service speed, quality, and guest experience.
• Experience managing schedules and labor costs.
• Ability to handle inventory and safety procedures.
• Comfort with cash handling and deposits.
• Proficient with basic office software for reporting.
• Demonstrated adaptability to changing store needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead location growth and profitable operation while upholding culture.
• Plan weekly shifts, ensuring coverage and cost control.
• Train and supervise Brewistas and Shift Leads; provide feedback.
• Monitor inventory, small wares, and equipment; prevent waste.
• Maintain cash handling, deposits, and accurate change.
• Foster team bonding and development through meetings.
• Implement directives from upper management and communicate them.
• Ensure health and safety compliance at the stand.
• Develop future leaders to prepare for upcoming roles.
