Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Ability to assess complex engineering issues.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and MS Office.
• Able to multitask across multiple projects.
• Strong organizational skills across locations and sources.

Responsibilities

• Lead tooling and manufacturing program activities from concept to launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across HQ, plants, and suppliers.
• Oversee part run-off and buyoff processes with customers.
• Provide technical direction to the MTS engineering group.
• Develop and maintain an integrated program schedule.
• Engage with vendors and internal engineering disciplines to meet milestones.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality stamped components.
