Job summary

Ford is seeking a Team Manager – Stamping to lead the stamping operations, guide process improvements and drive quality across the team. You will collaborate with engineering and quality to resolve dimensional issues and ensure safe, efficient production.

You will coach and develop team members, implement validation methods, and manage data-driven quality plans. A strong engineering background and GD&T knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in automotive engineering or manufacturing quality.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent engineering experience.
• Strong background in dimensional quality and process optimization; GD&T proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Stamping operations and team daily activities.
• Develop and optimize stamping processes for safety, quality and productivity.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and quality to resolve issues.
