Job summary

Cretex Medical is seeking a Production Supervisor II for the Stamping business unit in Minnesota. You will direct and coordinate manufacturing processes and staff to meet production objectives at the lowest cost while upholding quality and safety standards.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage performance through visual metrics, and collaborate across functions including sales, engineering, quality and HR.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading processes and teams in manufacturing.
• Lean/continuous improvement exposure and cost-reduction focus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of ISO/QMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate manufacturing processes and staff.
• Ensure the production schedule is attained and issues resolved.
• Drive process improvements in quality, delivery, inventory, and safety.
• Maintain ISO and quality system compliance and documentation.
• Lead Operational Excellence initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, quality, and HR.
