Job summary

Cretex Medical Component and Device Technologies is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations on a 3rd shift (Sun-SThu, 10:00pm–6:30am) in Minnesota. You will manage staff, resources, and processes to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals while driving cost-effective improvements.

The role requires 3+ years of leadership in medical device manufacturing, preferably with plastic injection molding, strong communication, and ability to work in a cleanroom.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in a medical device manufacturing environment.
• Experience with plastic injection molding preferred.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet production goals.
• Oversee production staff and resources for efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement in methods and processes.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Communicate performance goals and coaching at meetings.
• Manage staffing in collaboration with HR and talent initiatives.
• Enforce policies and procedures to maintain standards.
• Lead project teams and support with special initiatives.
• Enter production data into the ERP system timely.
• Support ISO and medical device quality requirements.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, quality, and finance.
