Job summary

Cretex Medical is a leading contract manufacturer of precision components for the medical device industry. We are seeking a Production Supervisor II to lead the Stamping unit, directing manufacturing processes and staff while driving continuous improvements and ensuring safety and ISO/compliance.

The role requires an associate degree, 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, Lean Practitioner Certification, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a business or technical field.
• Lean Practitioner Certification.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
