Job summary

Cretex Medical Component and Device Technologies is seeking a Cell Lead II for the 2nd shift in Minnesota. You will coordinate and lead a cellular work team, manage timekeeping in ADP, and drive performance goals aligned with company objectives.

You will ensure production schedules are met, materials are available, and that all work adheres to quality standards and regulatory requirements, while mentoring staff and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• 7 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of manufacturing machinery, equipment and processes.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (ISO, FDA).
• Ability to manage relationships and facilitate teams.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Execute to the production schedule.
• Assign employees to run equipment and jobs.
• Ensure materials and supplies are available to meet production needs.
• Ensure jobs meet quality standards and are on time.
• Manage manufacturing ERP systems for production.
• Provide on-the-job training and mentoring.
• Communicate production issues and schedules across teams.
• Implement process improvements.
• Partner with sales/marketing, customer service, engineering, quality and finance.
• Maintain 5S and participate in Operational Excellence.
