Job summary

Cretex Medical is seeking a Production Supervisor II to support the Stamping business unit. You will direct and coordinate manufacturing processes and staff to meet production objectives, drive continuous improvement, and maintain a safe, compliant work environment.

Responsibilities include managing workflow, ensuring schedules, enforcing quality and safety standards, leading teams through metrics, and partnering with HR, engineering, and quality to deliver cost-effective results.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a business or technical field.
• 5+ years of experience leading processes and teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Practitioner Certification.
• Ability to consistently achieve short and long-term business results.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the process and directing resources to meet production goals.
• Ensure the production schedule is attained and issues are resolved promptly.
• Maintain quality and safety by enforcing standards.
• Lead staff through visual metrics and accountability meetings.
• Partner with HR on talent management and with other departments to meet customer needs.
