Job summary

Cretex Medical in Minnesota is seeking a Production Coordinator to coordinate critical support aspects of assembly production. The role operates on the 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 6:00 am–2:30 pm, and requires collaboration with multiple teams to ensure efficient production and accurate inventory management.

You will print/stage work orders, manage Lot History Records, support cycle counts, and help maintain quality and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and in a team to achieve business results.

Responsibilities

• Owns inventory management from warehouse to assembly staging and back.
• Prints and stages daily work orders, Lot History Records, and labels as per product schedules.
• Coordinates LHR activities among internal staff.
• Provides administrative support to assembly Supervisor and staff.
• Supports product packout palletization and transfers to warehouse.
• Develops and implements standard work to support assembly functions.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency and inventory accuracy.
• Performs cycle counts and physical counts.
• Understands customer and core business markets we serve.
• Supports and complies with ISO and medical device requirements.
