RRC Solutions Group is seeking a Stamping Press Room Manager to direct and optimize stamping operations, ensure on-time production schedules and uphold customer quality standards. The role requires strong leadership to manage Supervisors, shift teams and cross-functional partners to maintain safe, efficient manufacturing performance.

Key responsibilities include meeting safety standards, launching new programs, and driving continuous improvement with Lean methodologies across the stamping

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years stamping/press room leadership experience.
• New Program Launch experience required.
• Manufacturing experience including several years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with IATF / ISO requirements.
• Solid understanding of Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.

Aufgaben

• Directs and supervises Production Supervisors, Shift Superintendent and all stamping operations team members to ensure production and delivery schedules are met.
• Responsible for meeting production, quality and plant safety standards.
• Monitors processes to ensure objectives and timetables are met.
• Works with support staff to ensure materials, quality, accounting, and personnel needs are met to avoid production interruptions.
• Responsible for meeting established goals and production requirements.
