Job summary

Sun Recruiting, Inc. seeks a Stamping Press Room Manager to lead all production activities in the press room, ensuring schedules, product quality, and deliveries meet customer standards at minimum costs.

The role requires 5+ years of stamping/press room leadership, New Program Launch experience, and a proven track record in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement within a data-driven environment. Strong communication and safety leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of stamping/press room leadership experience.
• New Program Launch experience required.
• Experience with IATF / ISO requirements.
• Strong Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement background.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises Production Supervisors, Shift Superintendent and stamping operations team members to ensure timely completion of production and delivery schedules.
• Responsible for meeting production, quality and plant safety standards.
• Monitors processes to ensure objectives and timetables are met.
• Collaborates with support personnel to ensure materials, quality, accounting, and personnel needs are met to avoid interruptions in production.
• Responsible for meeting established goals and evaluating production requirements to determine schedules.
• Identifies, implements and verifies continuous improvement opportunities.
