Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group seeks a Stamping Press Room Manager to lead the stamping operations, plan production schedules, and drive quality and safety standards across the press room. You will oversee supervisors and the stamping team, ensuring on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years in stamping leadership, experience with new program launches, and a proven record in continuous improvement and data-driven management. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of stamping/press room leadership experience.
• New Program Launch experience.
• Experience with IATF/ISO requirements.
• Strong understanding of Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven track record of data-driven or metrics-driven management.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises stamping production teams to meet schedules.
• Ensure production, quality and safety standards are met.
• Monitor processes and timetables to meet objectives.
• Coordinate with support functions to ensure material, quality and personnel needs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and training.
• Maintain safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
