Job summary

Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking a Stamping Press Room Manager to direct all production activities in the press room and lead day-to-day operations to meet schedules, quality standards, and cost targets. You will supervise Production Supervisors and stamping team, drive safety compliance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

A track record in stamping leadership and new program launches is required.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of stamping/press room leadership experience
• New Program Launch experience required
• Strong understanding of Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing
• Experience with IATF/ISO requirements
• Effective and professional communication skills
• Track record of implementing data-driven or metrics-driven management systems

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises Production Supervisors, Shift Superintendent and stamping team members to ensure on-time completion of production and delivery schedules
• Responsible for meeting production, quality and plant safety standards
• Monitors processes to ensure objectives are met and timetables kept
• Works with support personnel to ensure materials, quality, accounting and personnel needs are met to avoid interruptions
• Responsible for meeting established goals and evaluating production requirements to determine schedules
• Follows safety procedures and enforces compliance with company safety rules and regulations
