Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a Stamping Press Room Manager to direct all production activities in the press room and lead day-to-day operations. You will ensure schedules, product quality, and on-time deliveries meet customer standards at minimum costs.

You will supervise Production Supervisors and the stamping team, drive lean improvements, and maintain safety. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of stamping/press room leadership experience.
• New Program Launch experience required.
• Experience with IATF / ISO requirements.
• Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement track record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead multiple tasks and delegate effectively.
• Data-driven or metrics-based management experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises Production Supervisors and stamping team to meet schedules.
• Ensure production, quality, safety standards and on-time delivery.
• Monitor processes to meet objectives and timetables.
• Coordinate with support functions to meet material, quality, and personnel needs.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping in the press room.
• Develop and train production personnel.
