Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or technical certification preferred.
Proficiency reading Blueprints and Machine Schematics; strong understanding of stamping processes.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on stamping presses and automated lines using blueprints and schematics.
Perform hands-on repairs of hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission systems.
Implement preventive maintenance programs to extension equipment life and reduce downtime.
Coordinate with production teams to minimize impact on targets.
Train junior technicians on maintenance and troubleshooting best practices.
Maintain safety compliance and accurate maintenance records.
